During a 6-month journey, I will guide you through sessions where I hold space to welcome you with all that you are and carry with you in the moment.

I will give you the building blocks for a strong foundation of inner safety.

I will support you in exploring your underlying feelings and beliefs, and what the unspoken voice of the body is trying to convey. Although this might seem a bit scary if we are being honest, your sense of safety is always the highest priority and an unwavering condition before we dive deep into your inner landscape.

As your inner safety increases, as well as your resilience, I will guide you to go a bit deeper step by step, so that you can heal on a core level. As healing takes place on a core level, the sense of empowerment and embodiment of your inner wisdom will be a natural outcome.

  • Dedicated to come into deep rest and restore your energy between the Somatic Coaching & Healing sessions, so that you can integrate the fruits hereof optimally. A mixture of haptonomy, (assisted) yin yoga and/or energy healing may be used.

  • This contains the most essential exercises to integrate and complement the work we do during the sessions and forever afterwards. It comes in the form of downloadable audios or instructions.

  • This toolbox contains a fuller variety of exercises to fully equip you for the journey and forever afterwards. It comes in the form of downloadable audios or instructions.
